I’m a Spanish native speaker passionate about helping people connect with the beauty of Latin culture through language. I offer private and group Spanish lessons in the Comox Valley designed for travelers and snowbirds who want to feel confident and connected when visiting Spanish-speaking countries.

My goal is to make learning Spanish enjoyable and practical, turning those frustrating “can’t communicate” moments into meaningful conversations that make every trip richer and more enjoyable.

I’m Loli, a language teacher, traveler, and Argentine living in Cumberland with my partner and our three kids. I’ve been teaching Spanish since 2020 and recently completed my first ELE Internacional certification (yay!). I started Hola Comox Valley to create more than just lessons, it’s a space for connection, culture, and community.
 

I know how hard it can be to learn a new language, I didn’t start speaking English until I was 26. That’s why I teach with empathy, real-life practice, and lots of encouragement.
 

If you’re a snowbird heading to Mexico every year and still can’t hold a conversation after six trips, you’re not alone, but it doesn’t have to be that way! My classes are designed to build the confidence and skills you need to actually use your Spanish, whether you're ordering tacos, making friends, or just having fun.
