About the event
In this hands-on class, Candela will guide us through two classics of Spanish home cooking:
🥧 Empanada Gallega de Atún — a traditional Galician-style savoury pie filled with tuna and vegetables.
🥔 Tortilla de Papa — the iconic Spanish potato and egg tortilla, simple, comforting and delicious.
We'll cook together, learn the techniques behind both dishes, and then sit down to enjoy what we've made, with a glass of wine to share in true Spanish style. 🍷
